Our flock is growing—literally. The first lambs of our Katahdin herd are due to be born any day now, and we’ll be raising them with the same care that guides everything on the farm. They’ll be bred with a sire to ensure optimal meat yield and lambs that thrive being pasture-raised. Katahdins were chosen for their hardiness and excellent flavor without the need for shearing, making them a perfect fit for our integrated system.

We expect to offer pasture‑raised lamb beginning later in 2027, once the flock is fully established and the animals have had time to grow naturally on grassland.

  • Pasture‑raised Katahdin lamb, known for mild, tender meat
  • Rotational grazing that builds soil health and supports orchard and pasture ecosystems
  • Low‑stress, attentive animal care from birth through finishing
  • Seasonal availability starting late 2027

We’ll share updates as the lambs grow and the flock expands!
